The software allows you to export the reports to PDF using the Reports button. You can't just click and then save the PDF file, because the data needs to be configured prior to this operation. After you click the Reports button, make sure to select valid settings that will be displayed within the PDF file. After this process, the application will give you the possibility to save as PDF format. For more information, I recommend downloading the official PDF User Guide file. Open the file, press CTRL+F and type Export. It should take you directly to the Reports section.

If the application stopped connecting to the PC, then it means there is a problem with the database. Since it's using Access to store the information, I would like to recommend that you check if the Access database engine works. To do this, go to Start > Run > services.msc and locate the Access engine in the list. Restart it, then restart the computer and initiate a new connection. This time it should be able to connect successfully. In the connection window of the application, check the username and password.
